Leading from the top in Spain and Portugal's public education systems
By teaching leaders about Whole Child Development, we're helping improve the prospects of thousands of students living in adversity.
We are supporting a programme in Spain and Portugal piloting a Whole Child Development (WCD) leadership model in 15 public schools which are responsible for educating a large number of pupils living in adversity. A Professional Leadership Programme to be taught at two higher education institutes in Spain and Portugal – European Foundation Society and Education and Portuguese Catholic University-CEPCEP – will have a direct impact on more than 30 leaders, about 770 teachers and around 8,500 students, stimulating a cultural change to help children achieve their full potential.
