Dialogue Perspectives is finding common ground and conversation to create more enlightened responses to the challenges of our times.
We are supporting an exciting new programme called Dialogue Perspectives, founded by the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Scholarship Fund (ELES), which aims to establish innovative forms of interreligious and social dialogue between Judaism and other religions.
Since 2015, more than 120 talented students from diverse religious backgrounds have come together to discuss challenges such as religion and violence, religion and digitisation, and societal transformation. Their common experiences combined with different religious and non-faith perspectives provide a rich backdrop for exploring these topics.
They have presented their learnings to wide-ranging audiences at several public conferences. We hope these students will take their findings into their communities and become experts and leaders in the field of interreligious dialogue. Several alumni have started their own local interreligious dialogue initiatives, creating a ripple effect and sustaining a belief that there is more that unites us than divides us.
University students take part in events that stimulate discussion on religion and world views.
